The present complaint has been received on 28.08.2019 and the reply on behalf of respondent has not been received within the stipulated time period despite service of notice. Since the promoterrespondent companys advocate has marked attendance on 13.12.2019 13.02.2020 12.10.2020 25.03.202111.08.2021 and 23.11.2021 which is clear evidence that the service was completed. The respondents have failed to file reply to the complaint till date despite being given ample opportunities and failed to file reply within the time allowed. One last opportunity is being given to the respondent to file reply alongwith cost of Rs.5000- to be paid to the complainant. Further the application of the complainant for impleadment of Ms Vatika Seven Pvt. Ltd. The application for impleading Vatika Seven Elements Pvt. Ltd. is accepted and impleaded as respondent No.2 and the registry is directed to issue notice to Ms Vatika Seven Elements Pvt. Ltd. for filing the reply within 2 weeks. The counsel for Ms Vatika Ltd. requests for deletion of the name of Ms Vatika Ltd. which shall be considered after the reply of Ms Vatika Seven Elements Pvt Ltd. Matter to come up on 13.04.2023 for further proceedings.
