Admittedly, a sum of Rs. 25 lakhs has already been paid by JD to the DH.                           Another sum of Rs. 35,26,196/- paid today through cheque. Same is accepted by learned counsel for DH as full and final payment.                          It is submitted that entire payment has been made by the JD but according to learned counsel for DH amount of Rs. 10,000/- i.e. cost imposed by the authority is not paid.                           To come on 13.03.2023 for further proceedings.

According to learned counsel for DH, she has already given calculation of the amount payable by JD. Learned counsel for latter requests for two days’ time to make payment. Be made accordingly.                            To come on 27.02.2022 for further proceedings.
