On previous date, JD was directed to give details of its assets/properties including details of bank account(s). Same was to be filed in the form of an affidavit to be sworn any one from directors. No such affidavit has been filed till date.  Learned counsel for JD undertakes that his client will pay the entire decretal amount within two months by dividing  the same in four equal instalments. No payment  is made by JD despite giving undertaking  on previous date.  DH requests for directions to JD to give particulars of its assets/properties.                       JD is directed to give particulars of its assets/properties including details of bank account(s). Learned counsel for DH  files an application with  prayer to issue non-bailable warrants against directors of JD. Learned counsel for JD submits that due to some confusion, decretal amount could not be paid. He undertakes to make payment till 09.05.2022. Not opposed. Allowed.                    To come on 09.05.2022 for further proceedings.

Case file received on being transferred from the  Authority.                   It is submitted by AR of JD/respondent that JD is ready to pay the decretal amount through cheques within 7 days from today.
