It is submitted by learned counsel for DH, A cheque issued by JD for a sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- has already been encashed. There is remaining amount due against the JD. Learned counsel requests to attach bank account of JD i.e. account no. 57500000224461, with HDFC Bank, IFSC Code HDFC0000003 to realize decretal amount. According to her this is not escrow account. Request is allowed. Let aforementioned bank account of JD be attached to the extent of remaining decretal amount. Manager of said bank be directed not to allow withdrawal of any amount from this account, leaving balance less than decretal amount. Report of bank manager about balance in that account be also called till next date.                        To come on 25.01.2023 for further proceeding.

A cheque of Rs.5,00,000/-  is handed over to learned counsel for DH. Learned counsel for JD undertakes to  pay the remaining amount in the second week of November,2022. Not opposed.  Learned counsel for DH accepts the same as part payment.                                     To come on  15.11.2022  for further proceedings.
