Copy Given.                   Twelve cheques including (4PDC) total amounting Rs. 6,63,452/- stated to be entire decretal amount are handed over to learned counsel for DH, who accepts the same as part payment. Copy given.                            At the same time, according to learned counsel for JD the authority has granted relief to the complainant through order/decree under execution which was not even prayed for. His client has filed an application before the authority, with a prayer for amendment/modification in the order.                           Admittedly, there is no date fixed before the authority. It is not clear whether said application has been entertained or not.  JD is free to apply for stay order from the authority, against execution of order under execution.                          Learned counsel for DH requests for directions to JD to hand over possession of unit in question to her client. As per learned counsel for JD, his client has already offered possession of that unit by sending a letter in this regard. DH is free to take possession of same after completing for required formalities.                           To come on 16.01.2023 for further proceedings.
