The present complaint has been received on 27.05.2022 and the reply on behalf of respondent was received on 28.09.2022. The respondent has filed an application dated 17.07.2023 to file additional documents on record stating therein that it has refunded an amount of Rs. 7,40,000/- to the complainant and the matter is thus, liable to be dismissed. The counsel for the respondent states that BBA was handed over to the complainant but the same was neither signed nor executed. But the complainant has returned the same. Both the parties requests to explore possibility to settle the matter amicably outside the court. If the matter is not settled then arguments shall be heard on merits.
