It is pointed out that possession of the unit in question has already been handed over to the DH on 02.05.2023. Although, JD has filed certain objections, according to learned counsel, representing the objections, are against calculation of the amount of interest only.                          Both of learned counsels request to refer the matter to the accountant of the authority, for calculation of amount payable by JD. Allowed. Report be filed by accountant till next date.                         Parties to appear before the accountant of the authority on 12.07.2023, and to appear before this forum on 19.07.2023.

Reply/objections are filed by learned counsel for JD against decree under execution. On the other hand, counsel for DH requests to issue arrest warrant against directors of JD stating that apart from giving direction to respondent to pay amount of interest, the same (JD) was directed to hand over possession of allotted unit, complete in all respect within 30 days of order. According to learned counsel neither amount of interest has been paid till now, nor possession has been handed over. According to AR of JD, letter offering possession has already been sent to DH. All this is refuted by learned counsel for the latter (DH).                       Whatsoever it may be, it is agreed that DH will approach JD on 05.04.2023 to take possession and JD will hand over possession of same without imposing any condition. According to AR, the unit is ready to be occupied.                        To come for consideration objection raised by JD on 04.05.2023.
