On previous date, JD was allowed to file objections subject to payment of cost of Rs.2500/-. Heard on application filed by JD with a prayer to waive off said cost.                         It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant/JD that it is mentioned in order dated 19.08.2024 that on previous date, learned counsel for JD sought adjournment but it was not true. Adjournment was actually sought on behalf of DH. Aforesaid fact is verified from the record. Considering all this, request is allowed and cost is waived off. Objections have already been filed on behalf of JD.                         Heard. It is submitted by learned counsel for JD that DH has to pay outstanding dues amounting Rs. 16,53,445/-. Learned counsel for DH denies any such liability of his client.                         Even through order under execution, no such direction was given by Authority. No reason. Objection in this regard is dismissed.             Learned counsel for DH requests for direction to JD to disclose its assets/properties including bank account and unsold inventories which can be attached to realize the decretal amount. Request is allowed. JD be directed to disclose its assets/properties including bank account and unsold inventories which can be attached to realize the decretal amount. Information be given in the form of affidavit to be sworn by anyone from directors of JD, preferably by Managing Director. At the same time, Tehsildar (Recovery Cell) of Authority be asked to enquire about the properties of JD and to file his report till next date.                                 To come on 16.04.2025 for further proceedings.
