Report of CA has been received about calculation of amount payable by JD. According to learned counsels they have not received copy of it. Copy given today.                          To come on 26.05.2023 for consideration.

It is pointed out that possession of unit in question has already been handed over to DH, on 10.03.2023.                         Learned counsel for JD requests to refer the matter to the CA for calculation of amount due. Allowed. CA to file his report next date.                          Both of parties to appear before CA on 21.04.2023.                         To appear before this forum on 26.04.2023.

As per learned counsel for DH, JD is not handing over possession of unit in question to his client. All this is refuted by learned counsel for JD. According to learned counsel for JD, her client has already sent letter offering possession of that unit.                            Whatsoever it may be, it is agreed today that DH will approach JD on 13.02.2023 between 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm. and JD will hand over possession of unit in question, without imposing any condition of payment of outstanding dues.                           To come on 24.03.2023 for further proceedings.

Certain objections are filed by learned counsel for JD. Copy Given.                           As per learned counsel for JD her client has already offered possession of unit to the DH. But same is not coming forward to take the same.                          To come on 10.02.2022 for reply/arguments.
