Sh. Prince Kumar (Manager) is present on behalf of the promoter. The AR submits that OC has not yet been received and is expected shortly. The registration has expired on 27.02.2023 and has applied for extension on 13.09.2023 which is under consideration of the Authority. The matter to come up on 22.11.2023 for further proceedings.

The person present is not carrying any authorization and hence not heard. One last opportunity is granted to submit present status and schedule of completion of the project and making application for registration. The matter to come up on 25.10.2023.

The AR submits that the project is registered as low-rise floors which have been constructed and OC has been applied to the concerned department on 27.04.2027 and 16.07.2021. However, the OC is not granted due to an issue of provision of regular electricity supply which has now been cleared and OC is expected within one month. Further they are filing the application for grant of extension today only. Office to examine the same and put up the matter on file. The matter to come up on 11.10.2023.

Sh. Prince Kumar (Sr. Manager) is present on behalf of the promoter. The AR of the promoter submits that construction has been completed and has applied for grant of OC to DTCP and is under consideration of the DTCP. Further, he seeks 2 weeks’ time to applying for extension. As on date neither CC/Part OC and CC is obtained and the developer is under obligation to seek the extension. One last opportunity is given to apply for extension failing which further action under section 7 and 8 of the Act, 2016 would be initiated. The matter to come up on 13.09.2023.

None is present on behalf of the promoter. One more opportunity is being granted to the promoter to put in appearance and to file the reply alongwith copy of OC/CC/ Part CC if obtained failing which further penal action shall be initiated including freezing of the bank account and putting restrictions on any sale in the above project.  The concerned PE is hereby directed to ensure issuance of a notice alongwith above proceedings to the promoter within one week. The matter to come up on 16.08.2023.
