The legal consultant of the company has submitted an application for adjournment of hearing as the main counsel of the promoter is not available today due to matters listed before other court in Delhi. Also, the promoter has filed the reply on 28-08-2023 stating that occupation certificate for the project was obtained on 30-80-2016. The promoter is directed to submit the approved building plan for which aforementioned occupation certificate was granted. Matter to come up on 20-09-2023 at 11:00 A.M. for further proceedings.

None appeared on behalf of the promoter. On account of absence of promoter or their authorized representative, authority is in the view that you have nothing to say about the case. Therefore, one final opportunity of hearing is given to submit the detailed reply and appear before the authority for hearing on 31-08-2023 at 11:00 A.M. otherwise authority shall be bound to proceed Ex-parte.

In view of the non-appearance of the promoter the Authority has decided to proceed against the promoter Ex-parte. The case is adjourned to 20.04.2020 at 11:00 AM.

With reference to show cause notice No. RERA-GRG-5791-2019 dated 29.11.2019, none is present on behalf of respondent company despite calling the matter twice. It seems that the promoter is not interested to pursue the matter. In view of the non-appearance of the promoter the Authority has decided to proceed against the promoter Ex-parte.             The matter is fixed for hearing on 25.02.2020 at 11:00 AM.
