This is a petition seeking execution of order passed by the Authority dated ……. Said order was modified by the Authority vide order dated 09.09.2022. No objections are filed on behalf of the JD despite service of notice. Ld. Counsel for DH requests to issue recovery certificate in view of order passed by High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh in case titled as M/s International Land Developers Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Aditi Chauhan and others PWP No. 7738/2022, and M/s International Land Developers Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Nitin Mathur and others CWP 7750/2022 etc. Request is allowed. Let recovery certificate be issued to collector concerned, for recovery of decretal amount.as arrears of the land revenue.                     The matter is referred to Accounts Officer for 04.09.2023  for calculation of amount due. Parties are free to file their calculation before Accounts Officer before 04.09.2023.                      To come on 18.09.2023 before this forum for further proceedings/issuance of Recovery Certificate.
