Certain objections are filed on behalf of JD. Copy given. At the same time, learned counsel for JD requests for adjournment for about two weeks stating that main counsel could not come today, having suffering fracture in her leg. Request is opposed by learned counsel for DH, stating that JD if had any objection same could have been filed before today with an advance copy to his client.                           No such objections are filed. Reminding that this forum being executing court is bound to dispose of the execution petition at the earliest Learned counsel referred a case decided by Apex Court of India titled as Rahul Saha Vs. Jinendra Kumar Gandhi & Ors. Appeal no. 19654/2022.                       There cannot be any dispute over the finding of the Apex Court but when an advocate has suffered fracture on her leg, request for the adjournment is thus allowed.                        To come on 29.08.2023 for arguments on objections by JD.
