    On the previous date, arrest warrants were issued against directors Kashi Nath Shukla, Satish Kumar Dubey and Anand Singh   of JD to be executable by the bailiff of the authority till today. Not arrested.  I perused the report given by bailiff. According to him, he could not arrest said directors of JD. He requests for police assistance.              In the facts as mentioned above, it appears that it is not possible for the bailiff to arrest said directors without police assistance. Request for police assistance is allowed.             Let DCP (HQ), Gurugram be asked to give police assistance to the bailiff enough to get directors of JD, arrested. Let arrest warrants against them be issued again, to be executable by the bailiff of the authority till next date.  They be taken into custody and be produced before this forum on or before next date.                         To come on 30.05.2025 for further proceedings.
