The present complaint was filed on 26.09.2024. On 04.10.2024, the counsel for the complainant filed an application u/s 36 of the Act seeking directions to the restrain the respondent from transferring or alienating or disposing the unit of the complainant-allottee and to provide status of the unit in question regarding it being already sold or not. The counsel for the respondent is directed to file reply to the said application  and reply to the main complaint within 15 days with an advance copy to the complainant.  Matter to come up on 17.04.2025 for further proceedings.

The present complaint was filed on 26.09.2024 and registered as complaint no. 4681 of 2024. On 04.10.2024, the counsel for the complainant filed an M.A. bearing application no. 756 of 2024 u/s 36 of the Act seeking directions to the restrain the respondent from transferring or alienating or disposing the unit of the complainant-allottee. Case has been called out but no one has appeared on behalf of the complainant. A copy of resolution No. 3572 dated 24.10.2024 has also been received from the District Bar Association, Gurugram with request to abstain the work today due to sad demise of Shri Bharam Parkash Sehrawat (Senior Advocate) and requested not to pass any adverse orders. In view of above resolution and request made the said request for adjournment is allowed. Matter is adjourned to 09.01.2025 the date already fixed in this case.
