POOJA SAREEN vs MS IMPERIA WISHFIELD PVT LTD

On the last date of hearing i.e., 04.10.2024, the proxy counsel for the respondent has brought to the notice of the Authority that the project 'Elvedor' is under CIRP vide order dated 29.05.2024 in application No. IB-487/ND/2023 titled as 'Raj Kumar Shrivastava & Anr. Vs. M/s Imperia Wishfield Pvt. Ltd. in the NCLT Delhi bench and moratorium has been declared in terms of Section 14 of the Code, 2016 against the said project. In view of the above, the present complaint adjourned sine die. File be consigned to the registry.

At this stage learned counsel for the respondents submitted that respondents Company is under moratorium so case may be listed before the Authority for further proceedings. Now the case is listed before the Authority on 07.02.2025 for further proceedings.
