JASWINDER SINGH BRAR vs SAI AAINA FARMS PVT. LTD

The present complaint was filed on 29.05.2023 and registered as complaint No. 2131/2023. However, no reply has been received on behalf of the respondent to date. A cost of Rs. 5000/- was imposed on the respondent on the last date of hearing. If reply is not filed by the next date, the defence of the respondent shall be struck off. Counsel for the respondent states that the reply is ready and is filing today   after lunch. Respondent is directed to file reply in the registry today itself in the registry after   supplying a copy to the counsel for the complainant  failing which an additional cost of Rs. 5000/- shall be paid to the complainant. Counsel  for the respondent further requested that previous cost of Rs. 5000/- shall be paid on or before next date of hearing. Matter to come up on 27.3.2024 for further proceedings.

None appeared on behalf of the respondent nor written reply has been filed by  till date. The respondent is again directed to file reply within two weeks in the registry with a copy to the complainant with cost of Rs. 5000/- to be paid to the complainant. Last opportunity is being granted. In case reply is not filed within the time allowed,  the defence of the respondent may be struck of.     The matter to come up on 03.01.2024  for further proceedings
