The complainant is seeking the relief of physical possession as well as delay possession charges. None appeared on behalf of the respondent today. The Authority observes that the request of the complainant cannot be considered at this stage as the registration certificate granted by the Authority has already been revoked on 11.03.2024 and even license of the respondent promoter has been expired. Hence in view of the above, the matter is adjourned sine die with liberty to the complainant to revive the complaint at the appropriate time. File be consigned to the registry.

No reply filed by the respondent despite availing three opportunities. Vide hearing dated 06.12.2023, a cost of Rs. 5,000/- was imposed on the respondent, however the same has not yet been paid. Meanwhile  in suo motu proceedings before the Authority,  the registration certificate issued to the respondent-promoter  has been revoked by the Authority vide proceedings dated 11.03.2024. Further action for completion of the project would be taken under section 8 of the Act,  2016 by the concerned authorities. In view of the above, the matter to come up on 03.09.2024  before the full bench for further proceedings.

Reply not filed by the respondent with in the stipulated period given in the order dated  06.12.2023. Cost of Rs. 5000/- also not paid. Now the case is listed before the Authority on 03.04.2024 for further proceedings.
