The present complaint was filed on 03.11.2023 and the reply on behalf of respondent was received on 23.02.2024. The Manager of the complainant requests for an adjournment due to non-availability of arguing counsel. Request is allowed. Reply of complaint along with application for rejection of complaint (on ground of limitation and cancellation) filed by the respondent in the registry and is on record.   The reply to the said application has been filed by the complainant on 24.07.2024 through which he said that he has not received any refund amount /cheque by the respondent till date. The counsel for the respondent stated that a police complaint filed by the complainant is also pending and the instant complaint has been filed after 9 years of obtaining of OC which was obtained on 05.09.2014   much before commencement of Act, 2016 and hence, is not maintainable before this authority. Matter to come up on 28.03.2025 for further proceedings.

Due to administrative exigency, the matter is adjourned to 22.11.2024 for the purpose as already fixed.

The counsel for the applicant promoter has filed an application for non maintainability of the complaint, reply of the same has not been filed till  today but the same is being delivered today during the proceedings. Matter to come up  on 30.08.2024 for further proceedings.
