The complainant is seeking the relief of physical possession as well as delay possession charges. None appeared on behalf of the respondent today. The Authority observes that the request of the complainant cannot be considered at this stage as the registration certificate granted by the Authority has already been revoked on 11.03.2024 and even license of the respondent promoter has been expired. Hence in view of the above, the matter is adjourned sine die. The complainant may revive the present complaint as and when the registration certificate and license is restored.  File be consigned to the registry. File be consigned to the registry.

The Hon’ble Member is on leave, hence, the matter is adjourned to 05.09.2024 for the purpose as already fixed.

The Authority observes that registration certificate of the project of the respondent – promoter has been revoked vide orders dated 11.03.2024.  Further,  the authority after revocation of registration is in process to initiate necessary action in terms of Section 8 of the Act, 2016. In view of the above, the matter to come up on 29.8.2024 for further proceedings.
