  The present complaint was filed on 05.09.2022 and registered as complaint No. 6168 of 2022 and no reply has been received till date. The counsel for the complainant will clarify the relief being sought as  in the complaint request is for setting aside the cancellation and to issue directions for DPC and possession but during the proceedings, the counsel requests for grant of refund. An application for amendment of relief shall be filed within 2 weeks  after supplying a copy to the counsel for the respondent who may file response to the same within next one week alongwith previous cost failing which no further opportunity shall be granted.
