    The counsel for the complainant has filed the present complaint alongwith application   under Section 36 of the Act, 2016 seeking direction to restrain the respondents from creating third party rights in the unit in question. He submits that the respondent no.1 has illegally cancelled the unit in question vide cancellation letter dated 21.02.2024. As per the cancellation letter dated 21.02.2024, out of the total sale consideration of Rs.77,77,417.50/-, the complainant has paid a sum of Rs.15,67,284/- in all. The counsel for the complainant states that a payment of Rs.1,12,05,206/- has been made by the complainant as per details at page 13-14 of the complaint. There is a discrepancy in the cancellation statement and the amount reflected by the complainant.   None has appeared on behalf of the respondent despite notice. In view of the above, the respondent is directed to maintain status-quo on the unit of the complainant till the next effective date of hearing. Matter to come up on 27.11.2024 i.e. date fixed for further proceedings.
