    The   present complaint was filed on 26.10.2023 and the reply on behalf of respondent was filed dated 08.02.2024. The counsel for the respondent states that possession  has already stands offered after obtaining OC on 02.01.2020 and multiple reminders have been given to the complainant to take the possession of the unit. Further the complainant has earlier filed a complaint before District Consumer Forum, Saket and the same was dismissed as withdrawn on 19.10.2023 but no liberty to file the case before RERA has been taken from the said forum and the case is barred by limitation.   The case has been filed on 26.10.2023 after 3 years of the limitation period as offer of the unit was made on 02.01.2020.  The delay of compensation of Rs.9,71,741/- has already been made in the SOA filed at Annexure R-10.  The AR of the respondent offers to explore the possibility of amicable settlement with the complainant and hand over the possession of the unit to the complainant and if matter is not amicably settled may be heard on merits on the next date of hearing.     Both the counsels for the parties may file written submissions within 15 days with an advance  copy to each other. Matter to come up on 22.08.2024 for final arguments.
