The Authority observes that the request of the complainant cannot be considered at this stage as the registration certificate granted by the Authority has already been revoked on 11.03.2024 and even license of the respondent promoter has expired. Hence in view of the above, the matter is adjourned sine die.  The complainant may file an application to revive the complaint as and when the registration certificate and licence is restored.  File be consigned to the registry.

The present complaint has been received on 22.09.2023. Despite proper service of notice, no written reply has yet been filed. The Authority observes that registration certificate of the project of the respondent-promoter has been revoked vide orders dated 11.3.2024. Further the Authority, after revocation of registration, is in process to initiate necessary action in terms of section 8 of the Act, 2016 and hence the case is adjourned to.13.8.2024  for further proceedings.
