CR/664/2024 and CR/713/2024 is similar in nature. So, it is hereby combined. The present complaint has been filed on 11.03.2024 and the reply on behalf of respondent no. 1 has been filed on 15.04.2024 and reply on behalf of respondent no. 3 has been filed on 20.05.2024. No reply on behalf of respondent no. 2 has been filed till date. Complainant  in person alongwith counsel states that he is ready with the demand drafts for making full payment as per the last demand dated 23.01.2024. The counsel for respondent No.1 states that the complainant may visit the office of respondent No.1 on a date convenient within a period of one week so that the matte can be amicably settled. Matter to come up on 21.03.2025 for further proceedings.  In case the matter is settled before that the parties may approach the authority for early hearing.

The present complaint was filed on 12.03.2024. The reply was received on 16.05.2024. The proxy counsel for the complainant – promoter  requests that the above case may be heard on 13.12.2024 when another complaint bearing CR No.713/2024 filed  by the allottee against the same promoter is pending for consideration.  In view of the same, both the complaints be clubbed together and to be heard on 13.12.2024.
