The complainant no. 1 and 2 filed an application dated 19.01.2024, under Order 1 Rule 10 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 read with section 88 of the Act of 2016 with regard to impaledment of co-allottee no. 3, he is also signatory of the buyer’s agreement along with amended memo of parties. The proxy counsel for the complainant requests for an adjournment as the counsel for the complainant is not available due to medical exigency. The copy of the application for impleading the co-allottee with amended memo of parties be supplied to the counsel of the respondent within one week.
