  The present complaint was filed on 10.05.2022 and registered as complaint no. 2000 of 2022. Despite proper service of notice, no written reply has yet been filed. Moreover, the service is also confirmed from the fact that Shri Rishabh Gupta, Advocate is appearing on behalf of the respondent. Vide order dated 06.07.2023, the respondent was given last opportunity to file the reply. On 26.10.2023 the counsel for the respondent had supplied a copy of reply to the counsel for the complainant and was directed to submit the reply in the registry today itself (i.e., 26.10.2023). However, till today no reply has been filed by the respondent. The counsel for the respondent states that the project is near completion and resolution plan has already been submitted in the authority .   The  present complaint was filed on 10.05.2022 and registered as complaint no. 2000 of 2022. On the last date of hearing, Counsel for the respondent appeared and was directed to file reply in the registry within 2 weeks. However, no reply has been filed till date. The counsel for the respondent states that copy of application filed  for impleadment of  TATA Capital Housing Finance Ltd. has not been served to the respondent and neither the application for correction in the name. Although there is no objection to the correction of name  from “Dr. Vinay Gupta  to Vinay Gupta”.  The proxy counsel clarifies that a copy of the same stands supplied and respondent is in excuse for inordinate delay in filing the reply.   But the main counsel for the complainant is also not available today. Therefore, on the request of counsel of respondent one last opportunity is granted subject to payment of Rs.5000/- as cost to be paid to the complainant. Last opportunity is being granted.
