ASHOK RAJAN AGARWAL vs ANGLE INFRASTRUCTURE PVT. LTD.

It has been brought to the notice of the authority that vide order dated 27.02.2024 passed by Hon’ble NCLT, New Delhi Court-III, in the matter of Splender Landbase Ltd  versus M/s Angle Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. vide which the petition has been admitted by the Hon’ble NCLT and moratorium is initiated in terms of Section 9 read with rule 6 of IBC 2016 and Shri Vijay Kumar Gupta has been appointed as IRP of the corporate debtor. In view of the above, the matter is adjourned sine-die till the outcome of the above proceedings before NCLT. The complainant may file an application for revival as and when the directions for lifting moratorium are issued by the Hon’ble NCLT. File be consigned to the registry.

Matter is adjourned to 08.01.2025 for the purpose as already fixed.

The present complaint was filed on 19.01.2024 and registered as complaint no. 268 of 2024. The counsel for the complainant has brought  on record a copy of order dated 07.03.2024 wherein  the appeal in the  CIRP initiated with respect to the respondent  has been fixed for hearing on 03.04.2024.  It has been directed that “in the meantime, no further steps shall be taken in pursuance to the impugned order”. Matter to come up on 09.10.2024 for further proceedings.
