The present complaint was filed on 22.04.2022 and the reply has been filed by the respondent on 28.07.2022. Both the counsel for the parties stated that the settlement talks are going on and requests some time to file the settlement deed. One opportunity is being granted to both  the parties to settle the matter. Matter to come up on 12.7.2024 for further proceedings.

Request is allowed. They should file the settlement deed within one month otherwise matter shall be argued finally on the next date of hearing. Matter to come up  on 19.01.2024 for further proceedings.

Written reply not filed by the respondent. The counsel for the respondent has handed over a copy of the reply to the counsel for the complainant and  seeks short adjournment for filing reply in the registry of the authority. Respondent is directed to file reply within two weeks i.e., by 11.08.2022 in the registry. Last opportunity is being granted. In case reply is not filed within the time allowed, the defence of the respondent may be struck off.            Matter to come up on  10.11.2022  for further proceedings.
