As per order dated 02.08.2024, the respondent was allowed to file reply subject to the cost of Rs. 15,000/-. Admittedly till today neither reply filed by the respondent nor cost of Rs. 15,000/- paid. Respondent is allowed to file reply within three weeks of this order with additional cost of Rs. 5,000/- (total 10,000/-), in the registry with advance copy to the complainant.
