The complaint has been received on 06.11.2023 and reply has been received on 15.03.2024. On the last date of hearing i.e 27.09.2024 the counsel for the complainant stated that despite considerable amount has been paid, the respondent has cancelled the unit on 25.9.2023 and requests to direct the respondent may be directed to revoke the cancellation and restrain from creating third party rights. Therefore, the respondent was directed to maintain status quo till next date of hearing. The counsel for the respondent states that despite several reminders and pre-cancellation notice, the complainant failed to pay the outstanding dues and hence the unit was cancelled and publication in this regard was given in the newspaper. The legible copy of the newspaper is not yet filed by the respondent and the respondent is given one last opportunity to file the same in the registry within 15 days. The respondent is directed to submit the same alongwith status of the completion of the unit/project and obtaining of OC.
