The present complaint was received on 27.09.2023 and registered as complaint no. 4444 of 2023 and reply on behalf of respondent was filed on 20.03.2024. The counsel for the respondent states that if the bank details are provided by the complainant, the amount mentioned in the cancellation letter already issued shall be refunded to the complainant. The counsel for the complainant assures to supply the requisite bank details and documents to the respondent within 2 weeks and amount shall be refunded in next 2 weeks. Written reply has not been filed by the respondent. The respondent is directed to file a reply within two weeks i.e., by 16.01.2024 in the registry with a copy to the complainant. Last opportunity is being granted. In case a reply is not filed within the time allowed cost of Rs. 5,000/- shall be imposed and the defence of the respondent may be struck off.
