    The present complaint has been filed on 23.05.2024 and registered as complaint no. 2115 of 2024. An application has been filed on 12.07.2024 under Section-36 of the Act, 2016. The complainants by way of the said application are seeking direction to the respondent to refrain from creating third party rights and maintain status quo in respect of the unit. The complainants had deposited Rs.5,06,000/- in respect of the shop allotted to them. In May 2023, the complainants visited the project site and submitted their KYC documents to respondent no.2 i.e., M/s. Samyak Projects Private Limited. However, respondent no. 2 refused to recognize the complainant’s rights as allottees on the ground that respondent no.2 is not a confirming party in the Builder Buyer’s Agreement.     Similar matters have been fixed before the full bench on 17.09.2024, this matter be also listed for that date. Meanwhile the respondent is directed to maintain status quo w.r.t the unit allotted to the complainant. Matter to come up on 17.09.2024 for further proceedings.
