Case has been called out but no one has appeared on behalf of the complainant today. On two previous dates also, no one had appeared on behalf of the complainant. It appears that the complainant is not interested to pursue the matter further. It is already 12.35 PM. No further wait is justified. The present complaint has been filed on 27.12.2022 and the reply was received on 07.11.2023. A rejoinder dated 27.10.2023 had also been filed by the complainants before filing of reply by the respondent. The counsel for the respondent has filed an application during proceedings for withdrawal of power of attorney.   Ms. Ankur Berry and Shri Rahul Singh Advocates have appeared on behalf of the respondent and filed power of attorney today during the proceedings. Further, requests for adjournment received by the counsel of respondent from the counsel for the complainant has been submitted.    Matter to come up on 16.10.2024 for further proceedings.
