    As per the previous order dated 17.11.2023 respondent was directed to file reply within the period of two weeks i.e. 22.01.2023 and in case reply not filed within the time allowed then same shall be filed along with cost of Rs. 5000/-failing which defence of respondent may be struck off. Till today, neither reply filed within the stipulated period nor cost of Rs. 5000/- paid. Perusal of the case file duly reveals that complaint was filed on 06.04.2023 and notice to the respondent was served on 13.04.2023 and since then case is fixed for filing reply on behalf of respondent.
