On the last date of hearing, the counsel for the respondent stated that the matter of the same project w.r.t collaboration dispute is pending before the Hon’ble Tribunal and next date of hearing was 18.04.2024, hence requested for adjournment. SLP(Civil) No(s). 3711­3715 OF 2021) titled as M/s Newtech Promoters and Developers Pvt Ltd Versus State of U.P. and Ors., and wherein it was held that as matters regarding refund and interest under section 18(1) are to be decided by the authority and matters regarding adjudging compensation to be decided by the Adjudicating officer.          The proxy counsel for the complainant requests for a short adjournment as main counsel is suffering from fever and is not available for addressing arguments. The counsel for the respondent also has no objection to the adjournment. Request is allowed.         Matter to come up on 18.01.2023 for further proceedings.
