The present complaint was filed on 23.02.2024 and the written submissions on behalf of AR of the respondent was filed during proceedings dated 08.08.2024. Case has been called out but no one has appeared on behalf of the parties.   One last and final opportunity is being granted to the parties to appear and to argue the matter.    Matter to come up on 16.01.2025 for further proceedings.

Ranvijay Singh appearing on behalf of the complainant submitted for short adjournment. Now the matter is listed before the Authority on 18.07.2024 for payment of cost of Rs. 10,000/- as well as for final arguments.

As per order dated 18.04.2024 respondent was allowed to file reply within three weeks of the order failing which with cost of Rs. 5,000/- to be paid to the complainant. Admittedly till today neither reply filed by the respondent nor cost paid. Adjournment requested on behalf of respondent for filing reply. At this stage application for seeking permission for amendment of parties files on behalf of the complainant. Now the case is adjourned for 03.07.2024.                     Respondent is allowed to file reply within three weeks of this order with additional cost of Rs. 5,000/- (total 10,000/-), in the registry with advance copy to the complainant.

The present complaint has been received on 23.02.2024. An application has been filed by the complainant to restrain the respondent not to cancel the unit.  No reply has been filed by the respondent of the said application even of the complaint. The respondent is directed to file reply within a period of 15 days after supplying a copy to the counsel for the complainant. The counsel for the complainant states that the unit has been cancelled by the respondent on 06.04.2024 due to non-payment . Further states that the outstanding instalments cannot be deposited due to frozen of the bank accounts  and no  bank accounts details are provided by the respondent hence the cancellation of the unit be set aside. In the meantime, the respondent shall not create any third party rights on the unit of the complainant in terms of the orders passed by this authority . Matter to come up on 30.05.2024 for further proceedings.
