MR JAGANNATH MUDULI vs REVITAL REALITY PVT.LTD.

It comes to the notice of the Authority that the NCLT, New Delhi vide order dated 04.06.2024, in the matter of “Manish Aneja and Ors. Versus M/s Revital Reality Private Limited” in company petition IB (IBC) No.657/ND/2021, has declared moratorium in terms of Section 14 of the Code of 2016 against the project in question and Shri Gaurav Katiyar has been appointed as Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) for the Corporate Debtor. In view of the above, the present complaint is adjourned sine die. File be consigned to registry.

Neither reply filed nor cost of Rs. 5,000/- paid on behalf of the respondent.  At this stage learned counsel for the respondent submitted that respondent company is under moratorium, so the case may be listed before the Authority for further proceedings. Now the case is listed before the Authority on 16.10.2024 for further proceedings.

Respondent is hereby directed to file reply within three weeks of this order, in the registry with advance copy to the complainant, failing which with cost of Rs. 5,000/- to be paid to the complaint.
