The present complaint was filed on 20.02.2024 and reply on behalf of respondent no. 1 & 2 was received on 10.04.2024. The counsel for the respondent states that after obtaining OC, offer of possession has been made in April 2023 and respondent is willing to hand over the possession without prejudice to the outstanding amount, if any. The counsel for the complainant states that there is delay in handing over of possession and hence, requests for allowing DPC. The counsel for the respondent further requests to amicably settle the matter and hand over the possession. Hence, matter shall be heard on merits on the next of hearing if no amicable settlement takes place. The counsel for the respondent shall also file copy of OC, offer of possession and sanction letter of building plan to enable calculation of DPC. Matter to come up on 21.11.2024 for further proceedings.

Vide resolution No. 3367 dated 11.07.2024, it has been intimated by the District Bar Association that the work shall remain suspended in District Court, Gurugram today i.e. 11.07.2024 on account of sad demise of Shri lshwar Singh Sangwan, Senior Advocate father of Shri Parteek Sangwan Advocate. In view of above, the matter is adjourned to 19.09.2024 for the purpose as already fixed.

Reply filed by the respondent in the registry on 10.04.2024 taken on record. Copy of same already supplied to the complainant. Now the matter is listed before the Authority on 11.07.2024 for final arguments.
