The present complaint has been received on 11.12.2023 and the combined reply on behalf of respondents was received on 02.04.2024. On 02.04.2024, along with reply an application for staying the proceedings in view appeal no. 647 of 2021 regarding jurisdiction of this Authority in adjudicating upon matters of assured return is decided by Hon’ble Haryana Real Estate Appellate Tribunal and CWP no. 26740 of 2022 titled as “Vatika Limited Vs. UOI & Ors.” finally adjudicates upon the question of jurisdiction of this Authority u/s-7 of the BUDS Act, 2019. As the complainant desires to file rejoinder so same may also be filed within one month of this order with advance copy to the respondent. But, till date no rejoinder has been filed.  The case relates to  payment of assured return, and hence may be heard by the full bench. Matter to come up  on 17.12.2024 before the full bench for further proceedings.
