It is brought to the notice of the authority that the moratorium has been imposed on the promoter-company by the NCLT but the matter is under adjudication before the NCLAT for clarification. The counsel for the complainants states at bar that the moratorium is imposed against a particular project i.e., ‘Raheja Shillas-109’ and not against the whole company and seeks an adjournment to file the relevant documents regarding the same. In view of the matter is adjourned to 24.04.2025 for further proceedings.
