    The present complaint was filed on 10.10.2023 and reply was received on 28.02.2024. An application for amending title of parties was filed by the complainant on 18.09.2024 amending the name of respondent as M/s Ramprastha Developers Pvt. Ltd. On perusal of documents it is evident that the complainant/allottee paid an substantive amount to the M/s Ramprastha Developers Pvt. Ltd., a payment receipt was also issued by the M/s Ramprastha Developers Pvt. Ltd. (page 14 of complaint). On last date of hearing Sh. Mohd. Imran Ahmad marked his appearance on behalf of respondent i.e. M/s Ramprastha  Developers Pvt. Ltd. and filled memo of appearance. However, inadvertently during proceedings dated 05.09.2024 it was recorded that Sh. Mohd. Imran Ahmad appeared and has marked his appearance on behalf of M/s Ramprastha Promoters & Developers Private Limited. Same is taken into the consideration. The counsel for the complainant is directed to file amended complaint wherein the facts and relief pertaining to M/s Ramprastha  Developers Pvt. Ltd are sought and the counsel of the respondent i.e. M/s Ramprastha  Developers Pvt. Ltd shall reply to the same alongwith reply to the application for amending memo of parties and POA within 15 days with an advance copy to each other.
