The present complaint was filed on 10.10.2023 and reply was received on 28.02.2024. Mohd. Imran Ahmad has appeared  on behalf of RPDPL and filed memo of appearance during proceedings and requests for filing of written submissions as reply is already on the record. The counsel for the complainant also directed to file amended memo of parties  within 2 weeks after supplying a copy to the new counsel of the respondent who may file response to the same alongwith written submissions within next 2 weeks. In view of above, the matter is adjourned to 05.09.2024 for the purpose as already fixed.

Reply not filed.  At this stage, counsel for respondent submitted that complete copy of complaint not supplied to the respondent so complainant may be directed to supply complete copy of complaint to the respondent. Accordingly complainant is directed to supply complete copy of complaint to the respondent with in 7 days of this order. Now the case is adjourned for 16.02.2024 for filling reply.
