In the result, the complaint is allowed, directing the opposite parties 1 and 2, jointly and severally, to pay Rs.24,93,500/- with interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of repudiation, dated 30.12.2017 and credited into the deceased life insurance holder loan account and to discharge the entire loan and to return the simple mortgage original title deeds to the complainant.
The opposite parties 1 and 2 are further directed to pay costs of Rs.25,000/- to the complainant.
