Shriwas, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.
GA for the respondent/ State.

The present MCC is for restoration of WPCR No.30/2013, which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 04.07.2023.
On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the MCC, the same is allowed and WPCR No.30/2013 is directed to be restored to its original number.

WPCR No.30/2013 has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashment of the FIR registered against him at the police station concerned.
There appears to be an interim order passed on 10.04.2013 in favour of the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Investigating Officer to conclude the investigation within a period of 6 weeks from today and submit a police report under Section 173(2) of the Cr.P.C. before the competent court in accordance with law.
The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the investigation and for a period of 6 weeks, the interim order passed by this Court shall continue with the aforesaid modification.
The petitioner shall submit copy of this order before the Investigating Officer within a week, failing which the interim order shall stand discharged.
