The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the concerned police authority to produce entire record pertain to the P/1, P/2 & P/3 and another relevant record.

10.2 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the FIR P/1, charge sheet P/2 and registered Criminal Case No.

2802/2022, P/3 pending before the learned C.J.M. ned C.J.M.

Kanker.

10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate.” 3.
