This is the 1st bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the Applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.186/2023 registered at P.S Tarbahar, District Bilaspur (CG) for the offence under Sections 21 & 22 of the NDPS Act.

At the outset, Shri Pandey submits that he does not want to pursue this matter at this stage as the quantity of contraband seized is a commercial quantity and seeks withdrawal of this application.

In view of above, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
