The Division Bench of this High Court in W.P.(PIL) No.112/2016 in the matter of Nitin Singhvi Vs.

State of Chhattisgarh & Others, disposed of on 27.4.2017, has already dealt with the grievance of the Petitioner and has issued a detailed instructions therein.

Thereafter, Contempt Petition No.908/2022 [Chhattisgarh Nagrik Sangharsh Samiti Vs.

Dr.

Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure & Anr.] arising out of the said matter also is seized by the Division Bench of this High Court.

Given the said facts, this Court is of the opinion that the proper course of action for the Petitioner is to approach the Division Bench either by filing a fresh Public Interest Litigation or by taking appropriate steps in the aforementioned pending Contempt Petition No.908/2022, highlighting the persistence of nuisance dealt with in the aforementioned W.P.(PIL) No.112/2016.
