The limited relief that the Petitioner seeks for in the present Writ Petition is for a direction to the Respondent No.2 to consider and decide the Revision Case No.14/A-23/2022-23 preferred by the petitioner before the Commissioner at the earliest.

The limited prayer is not opposed by the State counsel.

He submits that till now there was a vacancy of the Commissioner, Surguja Division.

Of late it has been filled and in that regard the proceedings can be expeditious now. -2- 3.

Given the said submission, the writ petition stands disposed of expecting that the respondent No. ondent No.2 shall take up the revision and decide the same in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within an outer limit of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
