The present intra Court appeal has been filed against the order dated 17.02.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) No.
722 of 2022 (Vikram Singh Kushwaha v.
Regional Transport Authority, Chhattisgarh and Another), whereby the writ petitioner / respondent has been permitted to ply the vehicle on 2 the strength of permit issued to him by the then RTA-Bastar on 19.12.2019.

It is pointed out by Mr.
Ahluwalia that WA No.
190 of 2021, which has been filed by another person similarly situated to that of the petitioner is still pending, the present writ appeal may also be connected to the said appeal.

It transpires from the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge that the relief granted in WA No.
190 of 2021 has also been granted to the petitioner in the impugned order passed and the writ petition is still subjudice before the Writ Court.

As the writ petition is still pending consideration before the Writ Court, hence, there appears to be no need for issuing of notice.
The learned Single Judge is requested to dispose of the writ petition expeditiously.
