Amit Roy) which is pending before him.

It is mentioned in PUD that this Court vide order dated 19.12.2022 passed in MCRC No.

9487 of 2022 directed to conclude the trial within a period of 6 months from the date of production of copy of this order.

It is further mentioned in the PUD that the trial could not be concluded in time and prays two months time to deciding the case.

For the reasons in the application, further two months more time is granted to deciding the case from today.

Let the copy of this order be sent to concerned trial Court forthwith.
